NET USE NT4 not working

hello

i was looking for the problem of connecting to a network share from my ICA session.

situation
2 domains
domain1 --> ICA --> domain2 (ICA FARM)

domain1 & domain2 different networks, one server (located in domain1) has 2 networkcards and is available it both networks, DNS entry only in Domain1 for this server.

ICA session is on the NT4 Farm in domain2, using net use * \\servername(IPADDRESS)\sharename /user:damain1\username

brings up a error message 67 --> network resource not found

i heard that this is a problem in nt4 with citrix because of wins ?

but how can i solve this in my situation, the 2 domains are not trusted so we do not have one wins, everything is separated.....

is there another way to connect to a share??

Hi,

Try putting your server name in the hosts and lmhosts files and ensure that you can ping the server. This "may" help!

i already tried to do this,
the server is available via ping, nslookup with ip and hostname.....

nbtstat -A is not working, this would use the wins normaly so it seems that this is a problem.

is it possible that there is a problem because when i ping the name i get the reply of servername.domain2 because we did not create a second zone in the dns in the domain2 for the domain1. so all the names are solved with .domain2. but this is not a problem when i would use windows2000 then the share is possible ... so any further ideas ?
