Can anyone tell me what the procedures are if you want to setup two computer from seperate site and also behind their own firewalls to be setup to a Net Meeting connection. I have tried several times but currently I have not been successful. If anyone has already done this with success can you please tell me how to setup both firewalls so thay can establish a Net Meeting connection.

Thanking anyone in advance who maybe able to help )

check what ports are blocked by the firewalls...

are the netmeeting clients connecting to the microsoft ILS server, or some other one. If the connect to that ok, they should be able to connect to each other.

check if the workstations have the internet proxy set as the default gateway, because this can eliminate the proxy service as a problem.

cheers,

How can I tell if I'm connected to one of the servers?
Sometimes I get a message that I'm not and other times I don't receive any message so I'm not sure but either way I have been unableto connect using Net Meeting.
Thanks,
Jerry
