It could be corrupt, or you did have not installed some ServicePack or other prerequisites.

Thanks for the info, now got past this stage by excluding the DLLs that the target PC complains about.
The new problem is how to create a shortcut and and entry into the target PC Start command.
My application installs OK.
Note: dont fully understand the ins and outs of the Setup project you need to deploy your application, I think I will write a simple guide when I get all the information together as the Help is dreadfull.
