.Net IDE editing bug 1

I've noticed that in the .Net IDE, when I have a file open for editing and I have a split window, ie, one part of the file in one half of the window, and the other part in the other half, that if I perform a simple paste operation of some text in one half of the split window the cursor ends up in a different location of the file than where I pasted the text. REALLY UNNERVING! This behavior is different from Visual Studio 6 and any of MS's other tools. Anyone else run into this?

Any assistance is appreciated!

I have not run in to that yet, but I believe it. Have you checked the VS.NET forum at

You might report it there or maybe even find someone else with the same issue, a patch, or plans to fix it in a future version.
