Hi,

Needed some advice from the community regarding the .NET Framework 2.0 installation.

I currently use Visual Studio 2003 Enterprise Architect with .NET Framework 1.1. Unfortunately most of the work I do still requires the support of the .NET Framework v1.1 - as such I am unable to simply jump to Visual Studio 2005 (and the cost involved).

I would like to know if its possible to use Visual Studio.NET 2003 to develop application for .NET Framework 2.0?

I have installed the 2.0 SDK however I am not sure what else I need to do or even if its possible to get VS.NET 2003 to work with the new framework (I don't see why not).

Thanks in advance,

Fz

No, you cannot use a version of VS prior to 2005 and use the 2.0 framework.
