Hi to all,
Having a situation with Neo Mail and downloading PDF files for acrobat as follows:
1)Client using Neo Mail (online login)
2)All email functions work fine
3)When we click on the file and choose "open" instead of "save" at the option pop up, one of the following errors comes up:
*file does not exist
*access denied, path not valid
4)Here's the kicker: when we choose "save" and download to the hard drive, it saves fine and we can open it.
5)Tested "open" option with a word document and all works fine.
6)Going further with this, I tested his email from another machine and the pdf file opens fine when choosing the "open" option.
Searched google to no avial. I'm wondering, since it *appears* to be a problem with his specific machine based on the facts, if there is a setting in internet options or somehow in acrobat. He uses Acrobat reader 5.0 AND has the professional version of Acrobat. Conflict maybe? That's the only difference between the machines, one uses the pro version, and the other doesn't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
