Yes I know the printer is ancient. And it would probably make more sense getting a new printer rather than spending so much time on finding the right driver, but what the heck! Does anyone know where I can find a Compaq IJ300 Inkjet print driver for Windows XP Professional?

I went to the HP/Compaq web site, and the last version of printer driver they have is for Windows 98.

Might be time for that new printer.
