Need Virtual Com Port Driver to Delphi?

Hello,

I need an virtual com port driver, that can be accessed by delphi.
The main quest it's to capture the comunication done by other app to a com port, and send it to internet.

So my ideia it's to have an virtual com port, that will be used in the existing App, and build an App in delphi, that "captures" that virtual com port, and send the commands to internet.
Is it possible?
Where can I find something about this?

Do you mean Hardware com port (Com1, Com2, etc) or a protocol port e.g proxy port number.
