Howdy,

I just replaced my mobo, and I have almost everything worked out, but when I boot, the system takes a long time going through a bunch of DHCP stuff. I don't know what it is, but I do know It has something to do with IP's and such. It started when I installed my NIC. My old mobo didn't do this, and my other computers do not do this... I need to stop it as my boot speed is horrible...

Any help would be great...
Thanks,
onrdbandit

Onrdbandit,

What is your network configuration?

Are you running a DHCP server?

Why not just assign a static address to the card?

Just a thought...
