Need to stop call redirects to the console

Greetings ~ I have a Meridian 81C running Succession 4.0 and I have an ongoing issue with call redirects from our break room single line phones to the attendant console. The attendant will receive the calls and hear someone's voicemail messages. It seems as if the break-room single line sets do not give a good disconnect. I've toggled some settings in the CDB to no avail. Any support on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Set CLS to XFA or XFR and make sure there is not a FBA that should be FBD

It is prolly XFD, which means "send the call that was active to the switchboard"

another thing to look at is rdr data, change transfer recall target.
