Need the basic steps to setting a group up. Everything is enabled.
 
Define the local and remote C-LAN IP addresses and the local MedPro on the node-names form.

Add the C-LAN and MedPro boards on the IP-Interface form.

Create a Signaling Group using the node-names defined. Use group type h.323.

Build an ISDN-PRI trunk group. Change the Carrier Medium to IP. Add the IP members.

Go back to the Signaling Group and add the Trunk Group number.
