The setup:
Buildings A & B phones connect to Opt 11c in Building C.
Offices in Building A, B & C use the Opt 11c for calling. All are Customer 0. Normal calls go out via a T1 to a Opt 81c at another location.
For 911 calls: Local CO lines in Building C are used. (There are 6 CO lines)
Problem: I need to have 911 calls for Building A, B & C use seperate CO lines for 911 calls so the address of caller is displayed for the 911 Center. They currently all use any one of the available CO Lines.

USE THE TARG-TGAR OPTION
