need to replace Novell utilities

My company is switching to a w2k server from Novell 3.2. There are batch files for one app that contain the utilities 'revoke.exe, grant.exe, ndir.exe, and tlist.exe'.

Are there wk2 server utilities that perform the same or similar functions to these Novell utilities so I perform the same functions in the batch files?
