Need to recover an undelivered message

I am trying to locate an undelivered message on my exchange server (SBS2000).
I beleive undelivered messages end up in the badmail folder.
Is there a way to recover these messages from this folder (if that is where they are)as you can with POP3 non-deliverd messages.
Thanks.
