Need to print a list of my disabled units 1

Please help me... I am having a brain fart today.

I used to be able to print a list of all my disabled sets on my 81c. For the life of me I can't remember how to do this.

Can anyone help me please?

I have 4 Cabinets so I do

LD 20
LDIS 0
LDIS 1
LDIS 2
LDIS 3

here's one i use for digital sets..

ld 117
inv generate midnight


or just
inv gemerate sets

then i can do a inv prt sets, that gives me a list of all missing digital phones.. even it they are not disabled and the output shows me the as built as well as the actual. we have problems with users that do the free upgrade swap, then call in a ticket because the display doesn't work right or they can't transfer.. because i keep those print outs i can tell where they "borrowed" the new phone from.

I've done this to in several systems in the past but the test results are not reliable.

If a set is unavailable this doesn't always mean that it's not connected.

I have deleted almost 300 sets out of 3500 sets witch were still connected but showed as unavailable in the 'inv print sets'.

The processor doesn't give any priority to this test after a few retries per set the processor assumes that it's not connected.

i always enlu idu the set prior to outing the sets.. i run that once a week at least and almost never find a set "missing" from ld 117 and still plugged in.. maybe 1 out of 500.. out swtiches are about the same size.. mine runs almost 7000 sets with around 3000 digital.. when they get this big i feel that maint is a must.. before i started at this site, this 81 ini'ed every month or 2.. and the screen ran codes all day..

that said each of us have procedures that we perfer and trust.. at the end of the day, it's just dialtone

Thanks johnpoole for all the info. The "inv prt sets" worked perfect. Gave me the control I wanted over my digital set abandonment problems.

John, no affence but I see several systems a day.

I just wanted to point out that this test doesn't work on every system as good as you say.

And as you say it is a good thing to do an idu before outing the set.
