I am trying to determine if it is possible to merge three completely stand-alone HP systems into one HP system. All systems are running HP-UX 10, at different patch releases.
My goal is to take the smart arrays and fiber controllers, remove them from two systems and install them into a third. I need to keep the data on those arrays separate. One anology would be a multi-boot configuration which permits me to select the environment I want to use while preserving the other three. I cannot determine if this is possible as it appears that I can select one primary and one alternate boot path.
The data for historical archive and will not be loading new data.
Can you offer direction on how I may be able to complete this task?
