Need to get Meeting Request copy to show in inbox

Hello,

I have a user whom used to recieve a copy of the meeting request in her inbox after sending out. She no longer does and would like the feature turned back on. I of course, can not find this feature in Tools - Options to do this for her.
Does this exist? She is using Outlook XP.

Perhaps she was cc'ing herself on the meeting request?
