I hope someone could lend me a hand with this one.
We have 2 AES servers and are running in to problems while getting an upgrade of NICE working through them. We called Avaya for AES support and they won't work with us until the AES boxes are updated to the latest level of 3.1.x. Fair enough... So I went to the website and looked at "My Software Downloads". The problem is that we have nothing for AES. I called in a ticket with Avaya telling them that we don't see the AES software listed for our sold to number. They first told us that we didn't have any AES servers on any of our Sold To numbers. I told them their systems were incorrect and we have 2 servers WITH 24x7 maintenance. Eventually they did see them but now they are telling me that I don't have maintenance on them so they will not give me the software patch. Of course it's the weekend so getting this resolved through them this weekend just became impossible.
To make a long story short, could I ask someone out there who has an AES server to please help me with the software update? I know we have maintenance and we are working through the details with Avaya, but our plan was to get the servers upgraded this weekend so we can continue to troubleshoot our NICE installation.
I assume we need the software only solution which is:
swonly-r3-1-6-build-52-20080808.iso
But if it isn't too much trouble to get both versions just in case, then the other file is:
bundled-r3-1-6-build-52-20080808.iso
If you will PM me then I can give you an FTP site to drop it on. I REALLY appreciate this if someone can help!
