How can I ensure all outbound calls made by specific agents are sent through a particular trunk (without them having to dial access codes etc)

We will be using the TPS service and are required to access the service by entering a CIC. We want ALL calls made by our outbound agents to have this automaticalley entered when dialling the CLI.

We have back office staff and inbound agents who make outbound calls (but not sales calls) who we dont want to have this code entered. So I can't make this a blanket change.

I'm thinking I need a seperate trunk which can have the digits automatically inserted, but how can I ensure only our Outbound agents have no other option but to use it??

Any suggestions would be a great help - or anyone who has already had to impliment this in the UK.

Thanks
Mark

Use FRL's. Make sure the FRL of the trunks and the agents are the same. Make the FRL's of the trunks you don't want them to use higher.

Hope this helps

OK Thanks Ed - I'll give it a try.
We are not currently using FRL's - in the sense that they are all the same (0)

Is it literally as simple as assigning higher/lower values to allow/disallow more access (trunks, cor etc)

There are a few ways to do this. 1. You can place all the outbound agents in a separate COR's with there own FRL's. Then on the ARS routes make sure the Agents and the trunks match. If you have problems post back and I'll try to include samples.

Hope this helps
