Need to disable properties but let sub-menu exist

I recently view someones Access database at work and I noticed that when I right-clicked on their form, the properties selection had been disabled. However, when you entered Design-Mode, it was available again. He doesn't work here anymore so I can't just ask him how he did that. Does anyone know how to disable the properties selection on the sub-menu that appears when you right-click on a form without actually disabling all sun-menu's (as can be done in the startup options)? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (^_^)

there should be a property within the form called
'Shortcut Menu'. Set thise property to No and it should disable the right-click option.
