sounds simple but gets a little more complicated. What I want to do is have our users dial a 5 digit client matter number before making a long distance call. I want them to be able to make calls regardless what the digits are. The powers to be want this in order to bill clients for our long distance charges but I can't do authorization codes as there are 77,000 clent matter numbers that I would have to put in the system indivually and the system can only hold 4,000 anyway. Any Ideas. I have an S8710 with a g700 (S8300)in another loacation tied into this system. Simply put is there anyway to imput a any digits before dialing a number and being able to track it in CDR?

Thanks for any help on this,

Ed

Please Disregard, I was misinformed as to the number of Auth codes we could use. The 8710 can have up to 90,000 so this is not an issue anymore. Sorry People!

You may want to try Account Code rather that Authorization Code.
