Need to automate import of Access into SQL

I am running enterprise manager and connecting to a remote server. I need to set up an automated import of a local Access db into the remotely connected SQL database.
I would prefer to append the tables vs. overwrite for at least one of the tables.
What is the best method? I need to run the update once a week and make a manual methosd to update through an asp script.

Any help would be appreciated.

The easiest way would probably be to create a DTS package and then schedule it using SQL Agent.
