Need to add "911" to phone sys.

Hi all -

I receive a fast busy from the phone system if I try to dial 911 (or 9,911) from any phone.

What do I need to do in order to get that into the system?
(as far as program to LD and what info I need)

I dialed 9,911 successfully after changing the RLI from 10 to 2.

I appreciate both of you taking your own time to help me with this phone system issue!

Glad we could help. May still want to see what's broken in RLB/RLI 10; maybe an old route that no longer exists, might cause problems if something else is pointed to RLB/RLI 10. Have a good one... -Matt
