Do you mean to add in a specific code such as e.g. "7" followed by the phone number for outgoing calls?.

Pre translations or the second is Zone Flexible dial plan, depends which works best for you. If like Firebird mentions you wanted to insert the 9 or 0 for outside line (useful on credit card machines etc.) then pre translations is easiest, if you want more flexibility for best case matching etc. on later software ZFDP is good.
I'm thinking he means an NXX. Just a guess though. More info?????? LD 90 for BARS
