Need to add a user to Local Admins group on remote PC's

How can I add a user to the local admins group on remote computers. I am tring to move computers to a new Active Directory Domain and I need to add the Domain Admin to the local pc's administrators group.

This is a NT domain and I need to add the Active Directory Domain admin to those computers so I can have access to migrate them to AD domain.

cursmgr.exe from the resource kit

or try net.exe which is a pretty powerful builtin utility. Dont have NT anymore but try

net user /?

or

net add /?
