Need the functionality of XP's picture resize on email

In XP, windows explorer, if you right-click on an image and choose Send To->Mail Recipient, it will prompt you if you want to resize the images before sending. You have the options to make the image sizes smaller, or leave alone.

Is there any way to get this option on other Windows systems (non XP:2000,NT)? This is a great function that eliminates multiple steps to resize many pictures before emailing.

I can think of ways to double-click and resize nearly any image

But your needs may be more exact in nature. Irfanview can certainly resize any image, the right-click context menu may be an issue.

I suspect if you replace the association for the file images, you should be fine on the send to aspects of the context menu as well.
