Need Symposium Project Info

Hi Everyone,
About to start the MEI upgrade to Symposium. We haven't configured anything in Symposium so it is basically a new installation.
Can anyone provide me with a project plan for a new install, worksheets, training materials, gotcha's AND suggested plan of attack? Your help would be greatly appreciated!!!
