Need some help with VOA

Currently I have VOA working wtih EAS, the problem is that it is only working with agents that are not assigned with auto answer for ACD calls or auto answer set to "none". Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks

Have you checked if those agents have a different COR with "hear VOA" set to no ? It should be set to "yes
