Hi all, this is basically a math or statistics question. I have a report that shows the average length of time between two date columns, per record. These averages are compared between different people. However, some of these people have more records that go into this average than others. How can I make this more fair?

For example, one person has an average of 3 records while another has an average of 20 records. I seem to remember something from statistics that would make these numbers more comparable, but I can't pull it out of my head.

Anyone know? TIA
