Need Software for Call Master VI

We ordered a Call Master VI from our Business Partner to test but the set did not come with the software needed to control it from the P.C.

Is this software available as a download from Avaya or is it an expensive R.T.U. item? I could not find it on their web page.

Thanks for any help that anyone can offer!
