NEED RECOMMENDATION

We are currently using a Win2k Server, and have around 70 Workstations. Looking for a good backup strategy to backup all the users Documents at the end of the day. Currently all the users Docs are hosted on each workstation. Is there any backup tool out there that will go out and retrieve and backup at end of day. Or any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

We use a group policy to redirect My Documents to each user's home folder. We instruct all users who want their data protected to put everything in My Documents. For our mobile users My Documents is Synchronized so that they can walk away with a local copy of all of their docs. We've been using this for about 8 months and it seems to work well, with a few minor irritations. All users docs are then on their home folder on the file server and get backed up each night.

We have had a couple of hard drive crashes where we reloaded Windows and then all of their docs were there as soon as group policy redirected the My Documents after the new OS load.
