Need Netbind.Com for a DOS ghost boot disk

Does anyone know where to get the file "netbind.com" from? I am trying to create a network boot disk for a ghost build.

Have you tried using the bootdisk maker that is supplied with Ghost?

What do I do if my computer locks on executing the Netbind command? (Disk was created by ghost with the corred NDIS2 drivers)
