Need Javascript to reveal sublayer element name

I created a SVG neighborhood map in Illustrator 10 and need the street names to popup on mouseover. I know how to target the layer elements (which are named with the street names) but do not know the attribute of the layer elements to call on to popup.


Could someone please let me know what the proper javascript wording would be to enter into the SVG interactivity palette to make the layer element name appear (preferably at the mouse location) on mouseover? Also, would the text appear the same size at all zoom levels?

I never got to far with svg, I'm waitng for adobe to come out with an app geared for it like livemotion. I'm pretty sure adobe has alot of sample code on their site. BEHOLD! As Steve Jobs introduces us the latest in desk-lamp technology!
