Need HP-UX 10.20 installation disk

The quickest would be to phone your local HP office and ask them for a copy. (don't be surprised if they don't have) You can also request cd's from HP's website, but that will take a few days to reach you. I've ordered all my cd's from the website, but to get them to South Africa usually takes some time!

you could create a make_tape_recovery from a working system (if you have one....) and boot from that -- have you got a working system with ignite installed?
