Need help with "Open With" file assocation problem

HI, On a network I maintain, they use microsoft Foxpro 2.6 files to run their processes and keep their records. Foxpro 2.6 needs to be patched to work on machines faster than around 200MHz. The Foxpro.exe file is on a network drive and is used to open all Foxpro files. There are both patched and unpatched versions of the Foxpro.exe file on the network. When setting up a file assocation on a computer, I accidently assocated to an unpatched version of the exe file. Now the wrong version of the exe is a registered program on this computer and I am unable to change it. I have tried to reassocate to the patched file, but when I run the program, the unpatched version still tried to open and errors out. Any ideas on how I should proceed? Is there a way to delete foxpro from the "open with" dialog box and start over? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
