Need help with overflow hunt group setup

I have the following scenario:
In the business, there are 4 receptionist.
Each one have 4 lines on their phone (1x prime and 3 virtual). On each of these phones, the 4 lines are set up in a pilot hunt group. This way, each can handle 4 calls at a time.

What I want to do, is there is Receptionist A, who gets the most calls. So when all her 4 lines are busy, I want the 5th call to overflow into Receptionist B's hunt-group, so she can take and answer the next 4 callers.

Then when all 4 lines of B are busy, then the 9th caller overflows to Receptionist C's huntgroup.

UCD overflow only works to overflow Receptionist A to B, but not B to C

I didn't find any other options in the manual.

Any idea?

ATTCONs, or add more VE's to the hunt group. Expand it to 8.
