Hello all, I'm working with Word 2002 SP2

I'm currently trying to create a mail merge but I'm having problems displaying all the records one after another

Example:
code for displaying each record:
«Full_Name» - «Years» - «Items»
Record 1
Record 2
Record 3
Record 4
Record 5
Record 6 Shipping Address

All the records (about 7,000) have been exported to excel and there are blocks of data with the same "Shipping Address"

What I'm trying to do is setup an 8x11 sheet landscape displaying all records like this:

client names etc on left hand side of the sheet and the shipping address in the middle of the sheet.

The thing is that I'm trying to display from top to bottom all the record in the list and right now only one record shows at a time.....

I guess the question is: How can I display all records from top to bottom ?

Thanks
