Need Help with Floating Box Issue...

Ok, so I'm trying to build a fly-out menu over an iframe. Works fine in most browsers, but isn't working in mac ie or pc opera. Problem is the frame gets the dominance and is placed in front of the menu.

If you know how to fix this so it works cross-browser I would totally appreciate it!!!
