Hello, In the past I worked on an Access 2000 database that let's me keep track clients in my companies medical office. What this database does is inform me every three months from the time of the client's enrollment when a quarterly report is due. It utilizes the PC's clock/calendar to make sure the date of the report is accurate. What I would like to do now is to incorporate a new feature in my existing database that will allow me to keep this current function with the exception that after ONE (1) Year of the client's enrollment I would like my Report Due Date field to now tell me that my client is now due for a report every six months from the last quarterly report. For example:

Jane Doe admitted 01/11/2001

1st report due on 4/11/2001 - 2nd report due on 7/11/2001
3rd report due on 10/11/2001 - 4th report due on 1/11/2002

Afterwards I'd like to add six months to the last report that was due on 1/11/2002 which according to the PC's calendar/time will now say 5/11/2002 after 1/11/2002 because the way my database is setup is to requery that field each time I start the database and so on. If this can be incorporated this would be of a great deal to me. If you need to see a copy of the database I will be glad to email it to you.

Thank you.

Robert
