need help to learn Data Integrator(Business Objects)

Hi,
I am thinking of learning DataIntegratior(BO).
I don't have any work experience.
Can anybody tell from where i have to start n what i need to learn i.e in Datantegrator.Where can i get the manuals or tutorials.
If this is the wrong place i posted plz tell me any forums from which i can get help.

The best way would be to get some training through proper courses. ETL is very much a hands-on experience. You can study manuals for ages (but how to get hold of them?), but you need to pick it up somewhere.
There is a thick general book on ETL:
"The datawarehouse ETL toolkit" by Kimball and others as a start..
