Hello. My computer runs extremely slow and freezes while attempting to acess the internet. I installed spydoctor 3.0 spyware program and it detected and removed all spyware, but in my progrma files ther is a folder that downloaded and installed itself called "surf sidecick" , in this folder is a ssk ( surf side kick) application file and 2 ssk ".dll" files. I tried to delete the folder but i get this message "cannot delete, there has been a sharing violation, the source or destination file may be in use." I'm sure this has something to do with my computer constantly freezing and locking up and giving me popups form "surf sidekick" . Even my pop up blocker doesnt block the ads from this. Can anyone help ? Thanks !!

Need Help Removing Virus in Win2k 1

Restart your computer, when the bar that shows win2k is loading, press F8. Choose safe mode. When safe mode loads which will take a while since win2kpro safe mode loads very slow. When you get in there now go and try deleting that folder. As well as run your spyware and antivirus programs from there. This should take care of it.
