Need Help Page keeps moving

Hello,

I am using dream weaver mx When I am adding a hot box to make a link and I click anywhere in the image the page automatically brings me to the bottom of my page making me having to scroll back up all the time. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening please help. Thanks to all
