Need help on "Network managment"

Hello all..

I have been tasked to write a white paper on "network management" for my company. Now, I assume we all know what that means, but to put that into a draft document is something else.

Has anyone got a "network management" paper or policy doc that they would like to share, or can point me in the direction of one on net. I am not looking to blanket copy the thing with my name on it, but just looking for pointers. We are looking for something that we can show our customer that we actually "value add" when we buy our service..
