Need Help Installing Exch 2000

I have installed Exchange 2000 on my server (W2k Server) and I am having problems with where to go next. My users have external email accounts. How do I set these up to work in conjunction with Exchange mailboxes. Also, I would appreciate any help with the configuration of Outlook clients for the exchange.

You would probably need a POP3 connector but it is only in the Small Business Server version. Dan
