Need help for a hardware configuration, for WIN 2003

I have to make a configuration, for one of my customer, and I need to know from your experience, what configuration is good for the folowing:
Windows 2003 standard
SQL 2005
70 user for Terminal Services ( VPN )
250 user ( all users)



CPU , HDD ( raid 5? ), Memory , LAN ?
