Hi,

First off let me apoligize if this has already been asked and covered in a previous thread. I did do a keyword search within the forums and came up with nothing about this.

I use Outlook 2003 (without an exchange server) and it is my goal to create a rule that whenever I SEND an e-mail to anyone a specfic domain (for example *@domain.com) * being a wildcard, then a copy gets sent to a specific e-mail address or set of addresses.

Thanx in advance.

Joe.

Couldn't you create a distribution list, that contains all necessary recipients?

Why make it simple and efficient when it can be complex and wonderful?

Joe, for more advanced rules don't use the templates in the rules wizard. Start with a blank rule and you'll see it's pretty evident as you go through the steps. Yell if you're still stuck and I can try to find the steps.
