Need help charting only last 12 months

Hello,

Still loving this web page I am using crystal report 9.2.2.634 Full version and was wondering if someone could tell me how to just chart on the last 12 months. I have not taken advantage of learning indepth the charting feature of crystal. I have created a group based off ArrivalTime(dateTime) using the month feature but now I only want my chart to show the last 12 months of the total data. I have data for the years 2001, 2002 etc. This needs to be disregarded. Is there any way to suppress everything else besides the last 12 months. Thanks very much.

Yes..Use a Record Selection formula that computes
the dates based on when the report is run like:

DateDiff('m',{ArrivalTime},CurrentDate) <= 12

To Paraphrase:"The Help you get is proportional to the Help you give.."

Can you limit the records in the selection formula? Try the following:

{Table.date} in dateadd("m",-12, currentdate) to currentdate
