Need Form script for a news page.....

I need a form script that I can use to automatically update a news page. Something that I can have on a nonpublic page to make additions to a specific page...kinda like a guestbook script but without being a guestbook.

I want something to make news updates showing the newest at the top. any ideas here??

A couple of questions :

What platform is the server running on ??

What access do you have to it (read, write etc) ??

What languages can you manage (ASP, PHP, PERL etc) ??

Depending on the answers you should be able to make a simple update tool. Regards
