Need DL Expansion events in the Tracking Log

I am trying to write a script that tarcks usage of Distribution lists via event 26 in the Tracking log. It works fine on our Exchange 5.5 server (We are in the middle of the migration process), but the events are not showing up in the Exchange 2003 server tracking log.

I have enabled message tracking, but I am not sure if this event is included.

Anyone know where I should look?
