I have MS word.doc that has 30-up names/addresses ready for label printing. I would like to convert this data to a csv (comma-separated text file). How can I do this? Thank you. Grateful Kenny

How are the records and field separated in the word document? In the CSV file should each address start in a new row?

If they are already separated with commas and new line characters then Save As, Text file may well do it.

You may need to use Edit,Replace within Word to get the data in the right format to start with. EG
1) change multiple paragraph marks to "xxx"
2) change single paragraph marks to commas
3) change "xxx" to paragraph mark
Then save as, text file

OR, If in a word table then I would copy to excel and then
Save As, CSV

Attn: Gavona ... thank you ... I can see the single paragraph mark and the multiple para mark as well. However, when I go to find and replace, I can't figure out how to put the correct symbol in the find part. For instance, in "Replace", I can use xxx but what do I put in as the "Find" argument? How do you enter the multiple paragraph symbol? Thank you.
